 |  Here is where the youth of Seagull Point are educated. Grades 9-12. Excellence is expected as well as good behavior. Seagull Point High School is a five star school known for their swim team. The mascot is Sigfreed. He is known around town for his many escapes.

The Great Jenna | |  Here is where you can get some ' rad waves, dude '. Sunbathers are welcome as well as surfers. The tides are not too strong, so no risk of rip tide. The sea has a plentiful variety of fish/marine life. The beach also atracts whale watchers, sail boaters, jet skiers, turtle watchers, snorklers, and whirl pool enthusiaths.

Casey | |  A long time ago a man by the name of Henry Shell was one of the many influential leader of the settlement. His house still stands today, kind of a muesum for passing torrists. The houses are well built and have a slight Victorioan style to them. Most of the owners decide to build there own, so contracting isn't a very big job here.

The Great Jenna | |  The Whirlpool Circle was literally a whirlpool at one time. When people started arriving to live in Seagull Point the people decided to fill in the whirlpool. It took forever to fill it in, but as technology adapted the goal was acheived. Now the neighborhood is a great place to live.

The Reason | |  The Woods are a very mysterious place. Not many venture into its dark depths. And when the stray person crosses paths with the Woods stories arize of fast moving ghosts, and foot prints. Other than that the woods are a very peaceful home filled with streams, wildlife, meadows, and the stray mansion or two.

Darkestic | |  The Running Paws Tribe was once a respected group of Native Americans. They came as helping hands for house building and fishing. But as the villiage needed less and less help the Tribe turned into a Council of Elders. Then some misterious vistors came to visit the town. Deaths suddenly were uncovered all over. The tribe knew the culprits immediatly, but sadly one young Tribe memeber was framed and the Tribe was exiled to the cliffs overlooking the ocean. Even when the visitors left and the town people took away the exile the Tribe refused to leave. Their pride had been hurt. They still live there to this day.

A town can not be comeplete without a STARBUCKS! So it's no wonder Portsburg has one. Slowly rising people come in for their daily dose of caffeine. It is also a great place for dates and school gatherings for projects. Coffee, Coffee, and more Coffee!
Great place to grab a bite or two to eat. Named for the number of Celeibritys that used to walk its sticky floors, the pizza place is a great place to order in or out. The favorites among the town is the peanut butter and jelly pizza.
If you've been searching for a great read then you've come to the right place. Borders is stocked with the newest releases and the old classics. The comfy armchairs and convenient coffeetables just beg to be used.
the Appartments are a homey touch to the busy city atmosphere. They are cheap with a modern slash. There always seems to be a apartment open.
