The Briggs coven

(so this is the Briggs clan and we thought it would be best to post all of their character sheets in one topic since they're only visiting. )

Vegitarian or Human Drinker a vegetarian that feels no regret whatsoever to drinking human blood. Skylar doesn't want the Briggs coven to be known for drinking human blood so it's like wine for him.

History Skylar grew up in London, England hardworking and quiet, his father strictly making him work a lot. After leaving his father to be on his own at last, Skylar found a home to himself when he was 18. In the next year, he met many friends despite his serious personality and was soon dating a lovely brunette. She and him had talked about getting married but Skylar wanted to wait for her birthday as a surprize to ask her. About a week before her actual birthday, a ball was thrown inviting everyone who wanted to come and celebrate. After the ball was over, his fiance-to-be was no where to be seen. Everyone gathered in the woods to find her but her body was never located. Skylar was persistant to find meerly her body and so went into the woods alone one day. He soon found a man made trail in the woods and followed it finding ripped material of the brunette's dress along the way. In the moonlight, Skylar stumbled along her body and slept by it through the night. He didn't touch it because of the sadness but his exhaustion had the better of him. During the night, a shadow appeared over him and Skylar had dreams of fire and pain.
He awoke three days later, a vampire, and his soon-to-be-fiance's body gone. Skylar's past is foggy in his mind and he struggles to remember it. He lived in a shack in the woods for a decade, hunting animals and people. Once Skylar ventured out, he met Cole, who at the time was already a vampire, and they shared their stories. Skylar and Cole became much like brothers and so stayed in London for over a hundred years.
One night, they were walking in a feild and saw a streak cross their path. The streak appeared in front of them in the form of a female vampire who looked hurt. She looked cut up for a vampire so he immediatly gave her guidance with Cole's help. They came to the United States about a century ago, visiting newborn vampire Jenna and her turner, Grace. After ending in a partly nasty good-bye thanks to Cole, their visit ended and they went back to London. A whole century later, the three returned to Seagull's Point to say hello to some old friends once again.

Personality He is funny and doesn't really think before he does or says things. It gets him into a lot of messes and he jokes about it a lot. Skylar's mind works in a way that is different and he hates planning things ahead. He can be cocky when he's done something that he's proud of and will flaunt in front of the enemy just to make them mad. He can be totally serious one minute and then teasing in the next. Skylar can sometimes be a little oblivious to other's feelings but he tries his best to make everyone happy.

Strengths Skylar can easily convince someone to do the thing that they don't want to do and he is great at all of the physical activities that is required of a vampire.

Weaknesess Inside, he's a very caring vampire, however foolish and funny he acts. If someone who he hated was in desprate pain, Skylar couldn't resist helping them. It's almost like he thinks that there's good in everyone.

Ability Bird's eye veiw from the ground. He can concentrate hard and then see the ground he is standing on like a map. The vision to be able to do this comes once every week and Skylar only gets lucky to have it during an attack.

Description Light dirty blonde hair, layered down to a little past her shoulders, slim figure, a few faint bite marks on her arms

Vegetarian or Human Drinker Vegetarian, but occasionally drinks human blood without feeling guilt. However, she refuses to use seduction as a method of attracting humans.

History Megan had a pretty normal childhood, but as she grew, she discovered that she could see the future in visions, sometimes in dreams, sometimes while she was awake. Scared that she would be considered crazy if anyone knew, she kept this from everyone, including her parents, two brothers, and absolute best friends.
A few weeks after her 18th birthday, Megan began getting to know a beautiful pale young man named Peter who took a special liking to her. She would swoon and sigh around him, and she finally confessed her feelings for him. Amazingly, he said felt the same way, and they began dating. As she began to trust him, she revealed more and more about herself, until finally she spoke the words that had never come out of her mouth before, that she could see the future. He hadn't even seemed that shocked, he merely smiled and said that she was his special little angel.
Megan realized small things about her boyfriend. Peter never ate, and he always went away for a weekend about every month. When they touched, Megan would shiver from his cold skin. He never went out in sunlight, and would never permit them to make out, a few kisses were enough. Megan knew she should be paying attention to these things, but she shunned them, loving the feeling of being loved by him.
A few months before she turned 19, the age she secretly planned to get married to him, he invited her to spend the night at her house. Her brothers had protested, trying to protect her, but she went anyway, convincing her parents that she was spending the night at a friend's, and having seen that she wouldn't get caught. Arriving, he took her inside, where she was surprised that his parents didn't even have a bedroom, the only bed in the house was his, and it didn't even look slept in. He led her to that bed, and began kissing her passionately, and she responded, having never done this with him before. Much to her surprise and delight, he began tugging her shirt off, and she obliged. However, when they were both naked, he quit kissing her, and moved his mouth to her neck. Her breathing was hot and heavy, and only a small part of her mind wondered what he was doing. Then, his velvet lips parted, his teeth sunk into her skin, and she screamed as the fire began to burn her.
Waking up, Peter threw some clothes at her, telling her to get dressed. Everything was so dazzling, bright, different. He explained that they were both vampires now, how his love was merely an act to get close to her, how he wished he had her power, but this was the next best thing. Heartbroken, she didn't put up a fight as he began to force her into being a vegetarian. It was difficult for Megan, and the added pressure of seeing his next chosen punishment for her did not help. When she almost slipped up, he would bite her, and when she did accidentally make a kill, he would take advantage of her, something which she had been so eager to do before, but now what she considered rape.
Struggling to just make it, even with her newborn strength he was stronger than her. By a streak of luck and a vision, she escaped the prison of his house that he never let her leave, using her visions to benefit himself. Running, she made it out into the town, when she met the two members of the Briggs coven. Feeling humiliated and knowing she looked horrible for a vampire, she begged them to let her join in the coven. Maybe it was because she was so pitiful, but they agreed, and so Megan fled with them.

Personality Megan is wild, fun, and caring around her coven, the only people she trust in the world, and so her true personality shows. Around others, a direct effect of her creator's abuse and betrayal, she is shy and timid, relying on the two boys to help her feel safe.

Description Cole is mostly a dark character. His height ranges from 6'1 to 6'4. He has blonde, short hair with a little brown in it. He usually parts it on the side. Quite muscular body. Golden eyes with small specks of red. No matter what hue is eyes are they always seem to be dark.

Vegitarian or Human Drinker Is mainly a vegetarian, but, you know after a long day of putting up with the humans human blood can just hit the spot so nicely.

History Cole was born in a quaint, small 18th Century New York town. His father was the head of a textile industry and his mother had inherited quite a lot from an old woman she used to look after. So it was easy to say that Cole got whatever he wanted. Now Cole wasn’t your run of the mill spoiled brat. No, he was always very polite and never boasted about his wealth. What surprised his parents the most was the extreme level of intelligence Cole had achieved at such a young age. Being very quiet and reserved, he spent most of his time in doors, studying.
When the Civil War finally broke out, Cole's parents proved themselves true Unionists by donating heavy sums to the army and holding balls where many a important Union officer would be found in attendance. So it was no surprise to them when a letter came asking to use their extremely gifted son in a very important plan against the Confederacy. And Cole was quick to accept.
An insider on the opposing army had managed to secure a important job for him; a mapmaker. Cole would be working alongside the most highly ranked officers and captains as they needed the mapmakers help in charting out the unknown land, to plan there battle strategies. The plan was as this: Cole would have an excellent view of every one of the battle plans, and he would communicate back to the Union these very plans. This way the Union would know every step the Confederacy took. Now, Cole had proved to be a great investment to the Northern Army, but he was only human; then.
Once and a while a nosy soldier would notice how often Cole posted letters. Most of the rest just suspected he had a mother ill or a sweetheart back home. But it of course there were always a few. Having been trained quite well in all combat, gun or no gun, it was usually easy to silence them. Unfortunately, one of his victims made a little too much noise and in no time at all, Cole found himself surround by a circle of sharp bayonets. Of course, his letters were found, he was marked as a traitor, and, at dawn, was executed by a firing squad.
Normally, if you were shot four times in the chest you would die instantly. But Cole wasn't a normal person. Cunning even in pain, he pretended to be dead. He couldn't stay like this forever, blood pouring out of him, vision going fuzzy. Eventually the infection would set in and he would become nothing but a big piece of carrion food. Day passed into night, and Cole had given up all hope of living. So when a bright light came piercing through the trees it didn't give him hope; only a dread of judgment day. Suddenly the light took on a shape, and the shape turned into a woman. But not just any women, she looked like she had come straight out of the colorful pictures of the angels Cole had in his bible back home. The angel was clothed in nothing but a light white dress. Her hair looked like it was spun of pure gold, and it fell in ringlets down her face. She bent down and brought her face into even stronger clarity; it was beautiful beyond comparison.
“My darling, you have done a very bad thing. And I guess you are wondering how you are going to be punished for it. I am not an angel even though I might look like one. No I just find it amusing to be with dying soldiers on there last moments," The angel said with a slight French accent. “But of course you aren’t just a soldier like all the others. You are a spy and quite a good one I might add. Your cunning and intelligence has exceeded all the others and that is the reason why I am going to save you,” She finished with a wink. Cole was extremely confused at what she meant. He was surly far too gone for her to do anything for him. But he forgot all his questions as the beauty came even closer, angling for his neck. Closing his eyes, Cole had not been expecting the sheer pain that now shot through his form when her lips had touched him. After that, he remembered only pain and a fire to hot to bear. The fire never dulled just moved from one part of his body to the next. The earliest Cole remembered being able to actually move without yelling out in extreme pain was, it felt like, many years later. He woke up in a small cottage room, probably in a hotel, with the woman standing beside him. He learned from her what he was and what she was. At first, Cole wouldn’t believe her, but the extreme thirst and his altogether changed self soon forced him to believe. The war was over and he was now traveling with his maker, Giselle. His travel ended with her when she was taken with a new human who she believed would make a great vampire. Cole was left to fend for himself, eating human sparingly and choosing animal for his main diet. In his travels, he learned something about himself. His cunning and charm as a human had transferred into his vampire life. He found that by only looking someone in the eye he could force them to believe whatever he wished. This knowledge gave him quite a good advantage on catching humans.
Cole’s travels led him to London where he met his soon to be close friend, Skylar. The two became like brothers and he chose to travel with Skylar until it suited him to leave; he never did. There duo soon became a trio as they added Meg to there group. And now they have turned there sights back on the road to America.

Personality Cole is usually a quiet vampire. He tends to act dark and reserved as was his type as a human. He rarely uses his power on anything other than food. Can be sarcastic around his friends but that’s the closest hes come to humor. On vistiting the Klein coven, he took a certain interest in the vampire Jenna, but only stopped from making a bondage with her because eh found her too good. Can be very philosophical and tends to appear wise.
